INGREDIENTS:
2-21/2 LB Tri-Tip Roast
2-tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 TBs Paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Combine all the above dry ingredients to create your rub. Rub and pat on the meat. refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remover and bring to room temperature – 30 minutes
Cook on hot flame grill for
25 – 30 minutes, turning every 3 – 4 minutes. Inside
temperature should be 130′
