To prepare, bring water to boil in large pot.

Add 1 teaspoon salt per quart of water in this case that would be 2 teaspoons for our pot size for the two tails.

Boil 1 minute per ounce.  In this case 8 minutes.

Therefore, the remainder of you meal will be cooked first so as to be ready for the main event!

We are serving baked whole potatoes with sour cream & chives.
