Conversion Tables Two

Here in America we use the Imperial measurements carried over from when we were  British colonies.

When converting from metric (European measurements) to the imperial system approximate conversions are given.

Example; 1 oz is equal to 28 grams and in the recipe 25 grams are either rounded up to 1 oz or down to 30 g are rounded off to 1 oz.  Please note metric units are more precise than the imperial ones.
