Grilled Salmon is one of the easiest and healthiest dishes.
We like to buy a nice whole Salmon  preferably from the “gill” end as opposed to the tail end.  We then cut our own steaks.

Ingredients:

Salmon Steaks
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Fresh Green Beans
White/wild rice
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Butter 3Tbs
Capers 1 1/2 Tbs

Preparation instructions;  Start with the beans, wash and trim both ends sometimes it is quickest to use kitchen scissors.  Set aside in a pot with a little water.  You’ll steam the beans to el dante’ while the salmon is on the grill.  Start your rice, per package instructions.  The rice will take 20 -25 minutes.  Start your grill – Prep the salmon by brushing with the extra virgin olive oil and grind or sprinkle with sea salt.  Grill 5 – 7 minutes per side over medium heat – depending on the thickness of the steaks.
Take three tablespoons butter and place in s small gravy boat or other such microwave safe dish.  Ad 1 1/2 tablespoons capers.  Heat in microwave just before serving for 30 – 45 seconds.  Arrange on plate, drizzle lemon caper butter sauce over steaks.
