Scampi for Two
with
Honker Blanc
Ingredients:
2 pounds raw shrimp
1/2 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup chopped parsley
Lemon wedges
Place raw shrimp in a sauce pan, cover with salted water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour into a colander to drain when shrimp color turns pink. Do not boil.
Shell and devein Shrimp then….
Add olive oil and garlic to skillet, heat.
Add shrimp sauté for 3 minutes per side – ready to serve.
